Delivery Information

1. Our delivery will be using EASY PARCEL and NInja Van for Malaysia order. It will takes 1-2 days for East Malaysia and 2-3 days for Sabah Sarawak (West Malaysia)

2. For oversea delivery, we will be using ARAMEX and KTMD Malaysia. The shipment will take about 4-7 days depending on the area

3.Once your online order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with delivery tracking link so that you can track and trace your order at any time. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address details have been entered at the time of ordering. TelekungNajwa is not liable for any associated with resending an order due to delivery address details being incorrect.

All un-attempted parcel will be returned to Telekung Najwa warehouse after 3 trial deliveries have been scheduled. Resending cost will be charged for the next delivery arrangement.

4.Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays. Order will be dispatched within 24 hours of time of order. However, there may be delays during busy periods (including sales).
